Anastasia Benekou:Every tutor has something different to offer to you a new perspective a new experience they make you feel welcome. Thanos Papadopoulos:Kent MBA is based on three pillars that is innovative mindsets transformation leadership and responsible management. Trudy Turner: My big aim was to think about myself as a leader the Kent MBA really asks you to reflect deeply about yourself as a leader and I felt I was able to do that and I learned an enormous amount from it. Anastasia Benekou:You develop new skills you have a new understanding of yourself. Lakal Jayasekara: Since the Kent MBA is accredited by AMBA and also accredited by the CMI and on top of that it's being that it's part of the HDA scheme really helped in the fact that you know I could really talk to my employer and then they didn't really need to fund my MBA programme that really helped as well. Gary Walters: I had a look at different MBAs when I looked at this one I actually really liked the fact that it's so international because it's that broader diversity that brings learning from all around the world that I found really attractive. Onanong Wichinrotjaral: I have a great chance to learn from my classmates who come from totally different business sectors and come from different countries all around the world. Anastasia Benekou: All the tutors are putting their personal investment in you the way that they are they are teaching allowing you to focus on the direction that you want to focus Lakal Jayasekara:Certain subject areas the colleagues have a lot more experience in and then the lectures would encourage that collaboration between the students so where you can learn a lot more. Trudy Turner:I understand more about the world and how it works I understand about how other sectors work and I actually find that I daily make use of things that I learned. Gary Walters: I think the Kent Business School aim to introduce sustainability into everything they're doing is absolutely bang-on with where we need to be and every business has got to realise that that's gonna be part of their business. They have a whole series of they called Soundbites inviting outside business people in to talk about their experiences about their businesses and that's been really eye-opening and very informing almost as much as the lectures themselves. Thanos Papadopoulos:Kent Business Summit where students have the opportunity to network with over 200 delegates from the Kent area and beyond. Anuschka Natley: There's a great expanse of key decision-makers from around Kent across all different sectors. Anastasia Benekou:There are a lot of pubs inside the university so if you want after class after class to to have a you know a beer or relax with friends so everything is so welcoming like you don't want actually to leave the campus you enjoy it here. Anuschka Natley:Being able to take the company to different places than it is now engaging with new different types of business that we want to work with in the future I think the Kent MBA is giving me the tools to do that. Anastasia Benekou:I don't know where it will take me but I'm confident that I am at the right place
